My personal training and small group class is designed for people ready to make a serious commitment to their health and fitness.  No matter if you’re working in a small group or personal setting, each client is equipped with an individualized program geared toward achieving measurable goals.  As a client, you’ll receive top-notch programming and great coaching, while training in a fun and motivating environment.


Program Development

For those who are self-sufficient in the gym and want a custom made program developed for them to follow on their own. This option lets you have 1-3 personal training sessions to give feedback on proper technique execution and progression to ensure you are getting the most out of your own training. Includes custom Training Manual.
